Microsoft Project For Builders

This course will provide basic level training in the use of Microsoft Project for programming and monitoring a domestic building project. Students will gain an overview of managing a project, setting up a new template file, using a template to create a project file, creating a work breakdown structure and a work program, viewing the critical path and monitoring project progress. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows is required.
