This Apply Basic Food Safety course covers the principles of basic food safety including hygiene, sanitation and storage requirements in the workplace. The program is suitable for all food handlers working in catering, childcare, nursing homes, hospitals, canteens, clubs, hotels, restaurants, food outlets, cafes and food manufacturing. This unit of competency is accredited by the Australian National Training Authority which include THHGHS01B, WRRLP6C, HLTFS207B and FDFCORFSY1A. A Statement of Attainment will be issued upon successful completion of assessment.
